Joseph Miller brings 25 years’ business development experience to Walden from national companies where he served in regional and national positions. His senior leadership expertise includes transactions ranging from manufacturing and business services to distribution. Joseph has attended numerous professional development courses which further trained him in working with all levels of clients through the mergers and acquisitions process.  

During his business career, Joseph and his wife have started and sold three of their own companies, gaining an intimate knowledge of the sell-side process. This background provides him a unique understanding of the complexities of business ownership to confidently guide clients toward an exit strategy.

Joseph is married with four children and four grandchildren. He resides with his family in Lula, Georgia. 

Joseph attended Eastern Michigan University and Northwood University with emphasis on Business Management and Accounting.
